We are Andrew McDonald and Cristabel Benavides, a dedicated real estate team committed to hleping buyers, sellers, and investors across Texas!

Andrew, with a background in engineering, transitioned into real estate and has quickly built a reputation for his strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and successful client outcomes. 

Cristabel, a former bilingual educator with a Master's in Administration became a full-time real estate agent in 2019. While she has returned to the classroom as a bilingual educator, her passion for real estate remains unwavering. 

Together, we balance family and business, raiisng our three children-our son is headed to Texas State University, our daughter is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University, and our youngest will be a high school sophomore this year. 

As a couple, we combine our unique strengths to provid trusted, knowledgeable, and client-focused service-helping families just like ours with their real estate needs.
